to publicize your activities and events. Included in this
workshop are templates for press releases and ideas for attracting
the attention of the media.
Bird Conservation Issues
Learn about the top conservation issues facing birds in the
Americas. In addition to information, your organization will
receive tools that will aide in participating in conservation
efforts of the top bird conservation issues.
Cats Indoors! Campaigns
Start a Campaign for Safer Birds and Cats to encourage cat
owners to keep their cats indoors and to support humane removal
of feral cats from important wildlife areas for the benefit
of both wildlife and the cats themselves. This Power Point
presentation will review recent studies of cat predation on
wildlife and ways for your organization to become involved
in the Cats Indoors! campaign.
